I never expected the hotel to be very nice with the cheap price I got for a last-minute booking. The front desk staff was very friendly and well-mannered and always picked up calls. The hotel have lift even though they have only 4 levels. They provided iron board and iron outside of our rooms and water filter so we could refill cold water as we wanted. Aaa loves it 😋 In our room, they provided a big mirror outside the toilet and in the toilet so we could use it at the same time, which is very convenient for us, have hair dryer and many plugs points to use also they have a lot of lamps which are in front door, toilet, both sides of bed frames, headboard bed frame and in the middle of room. They also have a lot of WiFi, but the coverage very slow, I hope you can improve the WiFi coverage.

I like how easy it was to book without requiring us to pay first in the app. The location was good, 7e and speedmart were spotted near the hotel. We booked two rooms and it was quite spacious for a temporary stay in Ipoh. We were glad that we found another hotel to stay in.

Easy to find, nearby with Canning. There are 7e, 99 Speedmart & mamak nearby. The surroundings to go to the hotel looks a bit scary since it's very dark, but once you reach the hotel block it's fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

family room have 2 single bed and 1 large bed, my room had sofa and living room space. very spacious, Room & bed very clean. First choice of hotel when I came to Ipoh, price very affordable. Strategic location

All the facilities were absolutely amazing. Mineral water and towel for all guest capacity’s. Extra handkerchiefs for more hygiene. Soft bed and pillow. Television works fine. All clean including under the bed.

near to every attraction places in ipoh. nice place to stay but a bit small for family with toddler. bed and pillow comfortable. water heater very good and functional pressure very good, aircond also works fine. can repeat next time

Room size: Family room. Came with 2 rooms and 1 living room spaces, 1 toilet. Wider spaces in own room. Good. Toilet cleanliness: consider good.
